Foi uma boa estadia. A limpeza é ótima, o quarto é amplo, o chuveiro é excelente e o café da manhã é bem variado. Mas o hotel demonstra sinais de cansaço. No banheiro a parte interna da porta estava descascada e uma tela na parede estava solta. No quarto, o parafuso de uma luminária estava caído e o colchão, afundando no meio. O atendimento na recepção é ok e no café da manhã os funcionários trabalham de cara amarrada.

A única coisa que nos incomodou foi muito barulho na sexta-feira entre feriados. Às 7h30 da manhã começaram a martelar e fazer barulho, uma empresa de gesso, e isso foi muito chato. No sábado, muitos móveis arrastando em cima do nosso quarto, também bem cedo.

Decepção com o atendimento, mas bons quartos

Pros: Bom café da manhã e piscina. Quartos espaçosos e reformados. Contras: o atendimento deixou bastante a desejar. Em todos os setores do hotel havia pelo menos um funcionário que claramente não sabia lidar com o público e estava trabalhando de mau humor. Incluindo a gerente da recepção que respondeu a nosso pedido de extensão do horário de checkout com soberba e ironia, embora outros hóspedes que tinham fechado pacotes tivessem a oportunidade de ficar até as 16h. Um outro problema que tivemos foi com o time de recreação que usou microfone em uma atividade na região da piscina e o volume estava altíssimo, assustando crianças pequenas e uma bebê. Quando pedimos que o volume fosse abaixado, a monitora nos informou que se estávamos nos sentindo incomodados, que saíssemos da piscina, pois ela não iria atender ao nosso pedido já que ali era uma área pública. Nós sentimos bastante desrespeitados, pois outros hóspedes também estavam incomodados e tentando relaxar na piscina. Pagamos para usar aquela área assim como os outros hóspedes e não fomos previamente informados da programação e de que haveria a utilização irresponsável de microfone na principal área de lazer do hotel. Outro problema foi com a manutenção das dependências do hotel. O elevador parou de funcionar diversas vezes, o ralo do chuveiro e o vaso sanitário estavam entupidos e foi necessário chamar o time de manutenção. No outro quarto tiveram o mesmo problema com o ralo entupindo e água transbordando.

Nem sei o que falar

Infelizmente fomos para descansar em família, mas voltamos cansados e estressados. No sábado eu fui tomar banho e a água estava fria, eu tinha que dar banho no bebê e então aguardamos 40min para ter água quente. Quando fomos dormir, o ar condicionado bem precário, antigo, parava de funcionar, e não havia controle para regular temperatura era apenas um botão de ligar e desligar, no meio da noite parou, ficamos eu e meu esposo com bebê de 6 meses passando calor. Janela sem condições de abrir pois havia árvores de frente com muito pernilongo, o ventilador também apenas 1 botão sem regular o vento, era forte e com bebê não dava pra ligar. Noite foi bem difícil. No dia seguinte chovendo tomamos café (gostoso) e as 10:30 não havia água quente novamente, ninguém conseguia tomar banho pra ir pra casa. Casal ao lado ouvimos reclamar do mesmo motivo. Banheiro: antigo com mofo no box, eu realmente achei muito alto valor da diária para tantas condições ruins. Era tão ruim que não tive coragem de reclamar e tirar fotos, só queria ir embora. Estrutura do hotel no geral é bonita e boa, mas acredito que necessitam reformar banheiros e resolver sobre a água quente, impressão que tive que desligavam o gerador pois estava bem vazio hotel menos de 5 famílias.

Uma estadia razoável

Hotel muito bem localizado, porém não vale o custo benefício, muita informação desencontrada tanto no check-in como no Check-out, porem o atendimento dis recepcionistas foi ótimo. O café da manhã muito fraco. O quarto confortável muito limpo e agradável assim como o banheiro tudo super limpo.
