Apesar de um prédio mais antigo, as instalações são muito boas. Ficamos num quarto com bela vista para a cidade. O atendimento da equipe é excelente. O café da manhã é simples, mas de qualidade. "Hotel is nice , the breakfast buffet and the restaurant are first class ! The staff is very nice ! The location is nice and safe , around great restaurants and shops! My only few negative are that the towels are very used and old, pillows feel cheap and uncomfortable , the bed mattress is kind hard and the bathroom needs a update ! "

"This hotel is ok. I’d say it’s a three-star at best. Our room had visible water damage on the wall near one of the windows where the plaster was actually crumbling. They never should be having guests in such a room. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The staff were polite but not overly friendly. The bathroom was ABSURDLY small. The minibar fridge was off kilter. The neighborhood has definitely seen better days and has gone downhill in recent years. The charge from bringing a pet was WAY too high. I think you can definitely do far better in Belo. I definitely would NOT stay here again. "

"LOUSY TV CHANNEL ,MOSTLY RELIGION . SOME REGULAR LOCALS CHANNELS WORKS FOR 30 SEC THEN IS GONE ,VERY DISAPOINT WITH DAY .WE WERE UNABLE TO WATCH TV AT ALL RAINING EVENING .MISSSING SIDE LAMP OR TABLE .IT WAS ONLY ONE .STRANGE .THE TELEPHONE DIDNT WORK EITHER ."
