Although the property is older and outdated, the staff kept it clean and in order. All staff was extremely nice, helpful, kind, and caring. The location is very central and close to nice restaurants, bars, and shopping mall. Walkable to parks and theaters.

I definitely enjoyed the roof top pool as well as the breakfast. I did not like the fact that I could not check in early, especially after almost 24 hour of traveling. Communication lagged between me and them and they did not make clear what my options for early check in was until I was already checked in.The TV did not work twice. Because there was no second window it was difficult to get a good nights rest with so much noise in the city. And I have stayed in this area before.

Foi feita a reserva com pagamento no ato do checkin, porém, o hotel já havia debitado valores antes da chegada da nossa chegada. O quarto oferecido tinha porta do banheiro emperrada, janela sem tranca, cama com defeito, banheiro sem pendurador de toalha...box cheio de mofo e fungos.

NÃ O VOLTA MAIS.

Estadia Razoável, estranhei o colchão, o banheiro muito apertado dificultando a movimentação. O chuveiro péssimo, sem a opção de água fria pois segundo o encanador a tubulação esta entupida e achava que era problema no registro. Enfim, foram cinco diária e apesar de ter reclamado sobre o chuveiro na portaria, não foi tomada nenhuma providencia, meus banhos foram péssimos por não poder regular a temperatura da agua .
