「Staff Not Helpfull All Rooms Are Dirty Smelly」

「It's the basics. I booked a deluxe at last minute flying into Dubai is not always easy to find a reasonably priced hotel near metro and Sabka station. I feel. The price was a but heavy but it was such a short stay in at 7pm out next morning 8am. Bed was comfy.. Had to. Ask for a towel. Toilet was clean. Needs some deep cleaning but water pressure was good. 「Rooms and carpets were unhygienic 」

「ゴールドスークなどは徒歩圏内で立地は良い。 フロントスタッフは英語が流暢で礼儀正しいが、清掃等のスタッフはあまり教育されていない。 チェックインの後にセキュリティー上の問題だとか言って、一度部屋に入っているにも関わらず部屋を変更された。 グレードアップだといっていたが、部屋に入るとシングルベッドが３台あったが、明らかにダウングレードされた部屋だった。」

「The hotel did not clean room and did not change towel and bed cover for my three days stay. But staffs are friendly. 」

「The location is very convenient if you are shopping. It is in the middle of suqar Naïf. The room was clean. Staff professional and courteous. It is also near p train station and surrounded by restaurants. If you driving give yourself extra time due to traffic at busy hours. 」

「When i booked the hotel,i saw complimentary breakfast which was one of d reasons i booked d hotel.on getting to d property,d manager said complimentary isnt included in the money paid that i will pay 5dirhams for breakfast. Also,there are alot of tiny cockroaches in the room even in d fridge.The rooms need to be fumigated. I enjoyed my stay there because the location is in chinese commodity city which is one of the major market i patronise.i go to chinese commodity city daily and the location...

「Bad and dirty 」

「部屋は広くて、お湯もしっかりでます。 ただ部屋の掃除がなく、バスタオルも交換してもらえませんでした。 部屋自体はくつろげますが、スタッフのやる気が感じられず、終始上から目線で残念でした。」

「This hotel is conveniently located to the Sabkha Bus station. It is also quite close to the Baniyas Square Metro stop. The hotel is basically a bed and a shower (the only thing I really need while traveling), so do not expect any frills. The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked for more toilet paper and facial tissues (my only complaint is that over a six night stay staff should have been able to foresee the need for these items - and a change of bath towels). 」
