"The hotel is well located near the metro. The neighborhood was interesting. The breakfast was varied and plentiful featuring delicious local cuisine American-style breakfast foods. The pool was delightful. My friend enjoyed the gym. The apartment had a washer/dryer. The staff was very helpful."

"Clean, friendly environment. Breakfast buffet has huge variety of offerings. Dinner served late is reasonably priced and daily evening menu had 5 main dish options. Bedding quality. Soaps, shampoos provided are quality. Location close to Mall of Emirates but side street is quiet, has mini grocery stores and laundry cleaners across the street. Staff all friendly "

"Excellent clean room, amazing staff and security, fabulous check-in, everyone is very relaxed and professional, which is why I keep returning, the Besh Turkish restaurant was a huge surprise the food was amazing there I would recommend. Sheraton mall of emirates is really a great hotel, I have stayed at many hotels in Dubai but always love the relaxed atmosphere it’s really a great hotel"
