The hotel staff made the stay memorable, mostly with a fantastic room with a Burj Khalifa view and a generally high quality. The hotel is in good shape, but feels overdue for a touchup as many parts feel a bit dates while still in good condition.

The room was huge. Everywhere you turned there was a staff member who can help. The lobby area had a beautiful setting. Spent some time in the lobby. I was stuck at the hotel due to the unrest so I ate at the inhouse restaurant. It’s a really great option to stay. Bonus I was on the non smoking floor and I had the most beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa from my room. I’d recommend staying here. There are many food places in walking distance and even a 15 mins walk led me to the Museum of the Future.

The staff were all so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious and the servers were genuinely kind. When I needed EMT to give me and ECG due to a panic attack, the hotel was quick to provide with no extra charge. We were given late check out at 3pm. This hotel not only met but exceeded my expectations of what a great hotel should be.
