"Unbelievable nice, modern and clean for the price point. The view from the pool is unreal too. Super safe and clean area. - just not much to do outside of the Gold shops. But perfect if your staying before leaving Dubai (proximity to the airport)"

"Much of the building is falling into disrepair. The property entrance and the pool/pub area are in serious need of refurbishment. The lack of upkeep is also noticed in the condition of the carpets in our suite, which would benefit from a deep cleaning. "

"Seemed to be a lack of Staff, Check-in seemed under pressure with a lot of complaints. The breakfast was terrible with on person trying to check people in while doing other jobs and one person cooking eggs and long queues. No scrabbled egg available as I assume this is the same person that cooking fry egg, and omelettes etc. "
