"This is a beautiful new ranch in a new suburb. It has a nice walk to a beautiful Bluff lookout for the sunset. It is a little bit of a convoluted walk to a beach that does involve stairs. So if you have a stroller or wagon be aware of that. However you can easily drive to the beach in five minutes. ..."
