"The rooms are very nice with a beautiful Gulf view. The staff during any interaction replied shortly, never friendly. Elevator is broke down for one side of the hotel so if you’re on the 4th floor that would be a horrible experience especially if traveling with children. It doesn’t appear it will be fixed anytime soon either. During check-in when she tried to assign me to that side I refused and told her she would need to find me something with elevator access. I did get moved."

The beach and the amenities at the beach were great. For the price, this hotel was a great value and the staff always asked if we needed anything. I would stay here again."
