「Absolutely extraordinary venue with spectacular views from every corner. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We took a room for 2 adults and 1 child. It was plenty large with freshly supplied towels everyday. I didn’t get the purpose of the small pool in our balcony as we barely used it. But we definitely enjoyed the main pool and the beach pool. 「I arrived and let them know for check in. Although room check in was at 3, it wasn’t ready until 330. Afterwards, the WiFi in the hotel wasn’t working during the duration of our stay and the water in the room was not hot. The room was very clean and the pool had a nice view. Breakfast was good. 」

「The rooms, while spacious, seem average at best. There is too much moisture inside and when you turn the AC on, it gets very sticky and humid. The property as such is very well located with great beach access and the pools are excellent. Food was very good too with great selection in the menu.」

「Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information. My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance.」
