「What a great place to stay. Super spacious room, really welcoming staff and so clean. Price was a bargain and the restaurant food looked amazing sad that we had to leave early and before breakfast 」
「Booked in advance so good value. Plenty of free parking; registration plate is required with check-in. The man on reception was efficient and friendly. Hallway to room was clean and smelt fresh. Room had desk, two chairs, storage/hanging space, TV, was clean, neat and tidy with comfortable beds. A kettle with coffee tea facilities were provided. Shower was all good but the loose toilet roll holder was annoying. It’s in services so some food/drink facilities available. Less than 10 minute drive...

「Outstanding. From the minute I arrived it was clear this was an efficient, clean, and amazing hotel - staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for you. Will definitely be staying again. Shame it wasn’t a longer stay as would have liked to have had a walk round the gardens and hotel to see more. 」
「A lovely quirky hotel close to Hertfordshire University. Many food places close by however, the onsite restaurant was delicious and the staff friendly, polite and welcoming. The rooms were generous sized and well equipped for our stay. We would definitely return. 」

We had a great time as the apartment was so comfortable.
It seemed to be newly renovated. The kitchen, toilets, shower booth, bedrooms, everything was clean. The living space is spacious so my friends who visited us also had a great impression.
The staff were also very kind.
We would love to stay here again when we visit London.
