「Run and stay away from this place. Walking in you could immediately smell mildew. Upon inspection there were several mold spots through out the room. We also found dog feces under the desk, human hair on the bed, crumbling plaster on the ceiling and walls, mold on the air vents. It was disgusting. And only gave a 20% discount when told about the problems the next day.」

「The only redeeming thing about this place is the staff. They do the best with what they have. It has definitely earned its 2 star rating from other people, so I won't go into more detail. otherwise, the beds are soft, the sheets are clean and as before, the staff make you feel right at home.」

「Clean room 」

「This is an excellent cost effective hotel. The owners are new. They are making improvements. My room was refinished with nice tile floor, new firm bed, clean sheets and bedspread. The landscaping was redone. They are still working on renovations of some parts of the hotel. I recommend this for a good cost effective spot in Milton. Easy walk to the Thursday farmers market and some good restaurants.」

「Staff was very helpful, rooms were basic, has a small stove top, but no utensils or pans. So didn’t utilize that at all. Shower had amazing pressure in one room, but the other not so much. Cleanliness wise it was okay. They could do better with mopping floors. Also tub in one of the rooms was yellow. Beds were ok. For the price it was great! Definitely could use small upgrades, but we didn’t spend much time in rooms so it wasn’t bad.」

「The room was clean, the breakfast was good and the kitchen area was clean. The staff was helpful.」

「Phone didn’t work, no hot water. All I got was “I’m sorry about that”. Never again」

「Place looks new. All the kitchen basics. Refrigerator, microwave, 2 stove top burners and a sink. Shower had plenty of pressure. Looking for an extended stay in the Pensacola area- this is it. Good location.」

「The room felt damp. The outside temp was very hot, so that might have attributed to that. The air conditioner worked fine, perhaps a dehumidifier is needed. Otherwise, zero complaints. Rooms and hotel were very clean and staff helpful. Would recommend」

「古い設備は改善が望まれます。 朝食がとれるレストランまで徒歩だと8分程度かかりますし、市の中心から離れているので車が無いと不便です。 逆にI10のすぐ近くなので車で旅行される人には便利だと思います。 しかし陽気で親切なスタッフの対応があり全体としては許容範囲です。」

「No tenía muy buena higiene y un poco maltratado」

「大人二人、子供二人で2ベッドルームに宿泊。建物や室内は新しいとは言えないが、清潔に保たれていた。連休中に一泊100ドル以下で簡単な朝食(ベーグルやクロワッサン、オートミール、オレンジジュース、コーヒーなど)がついて、必要最低限のアメニティも揃い、私たちの今回の宿泊先には申し分なかった。午前中は敷地内のプールも解放され、小雨の最終日の朝には子供たちは少しの時間そこで楽しむこともできた。スーパーまで車で5分ほど。ビーチまでは30分かからないくらい。スタッフの応対も普通、気を使うことがなくアットホームな雰囲気。」

「Our room still had liquor bottles that was not clean from previous guest! The restroom was disgusting! The mattress was dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody. The staff was nice though」
