「I had a smooth check in. A little later I went back to the front desk to get an extra key, was asked my room number and last name. The associate, knew that I had asked for extra pillows when I made the reservation. I don't think he was even on my reservation on the computer yet to see the note. Asked if I had the extra pillows in the room and were they ok! Often hotels don't even notice this request, never mind remember it or ask about it. Great attention to details!」

「Tanglewoodに近く、Efficiencyもあるとのことで予約しましたが、電子レンジとポットのみでほとんど使い物になりませんでした。若干遠くでキッチン付きの物件はあると思います。Tanglewood及びその近傍は、できれば数日ゆっくりと時間をかけて回りたいところです。次回は、他の案件を探すことになると思います。 ￥」

「Truly one of my favorite stays this year. The staff is so welcoming and friendly and really give the vibe they care about their guests. The property really blew me away and I felt like every detail was really thought out here. The cliff house is also an incredible restaurant we ended up eating there 5 times throughout our stay.... 」

「It was really nice staying here. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and there was a mini-fridge that wasn't full of expensive drinks you're not supposed to touch! It was mostly quiet, except for the trains at night that pass behind the building. It is very close by to shops, cool architecture, and a nice walking path. Very safe area too. The breakfast wasn't the best, but it's free, and you can easily pop in to nearby restaurants if you want something better. The staff are very friendly...
