We had a great time as a family and no problems or concerns whatsoever. It's a beautiful property and the beach area is perfect. 「Excellent staff service. Staff was professional, proactive, and amicable. Excellent view from property. The rooms can use upgrades, specifically, the bathrooms. Tiles appear dirty and I do not believe it to be staff negligence. The property is old and it is noticeable in the shower and faucets.」

「Entertainment was good. Some staffs were very helpful and polite, and some seems a bit impatient. Overall, everything thing was good. We had a private dinner with 14 guests, and our waiter was awesome his customer service was very good. Others need to learn from this young gentleman. 」

「The pool and beach are nice. However, the hospitality and other items (see below) were very poor and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout my stay. We had to wait more than 2 hours for check-in. The room was double-booked and there was a different family staying in the room. There was no apology for this, and it took another hour for the room to be offered again. There was no cooperation between the front desk and guest services, and everything took a long time to be done. I saw a guest...
