When I arrived on Thursday and finally found my room, both keys I had been given did not work. I had to go back to reception to get them reset. Over the course of my stay (Thurs to Mon) I had to have my keys reset about 8 or 9 times. On Sunday alone I had to have them reset 3 or 4 times and was VERY irritated by the last time. One person at reception told me that is not normal and shouldn’t happen that often. Additionally, the two water is not safe to drink (no problem - that’s posted clearly) but they only restocked one bottle of water in my room after being there for 2 days. There were other issues that alone would be minor but paired with the absurd key problem and lack of water made them all very frustrating.
