「The owner/contact person was responsive, accommodating, and courteous. This was the case for check and when a couple of random questions came up during the stay. The apartment (unit A) was secure, clean, and all basic necessities (towels, etc.) were made available as well as extras (dish soap/sponge, a few basic cooking seasonings, cups/plates/utensils). The apartment also has some basic decorations that make it a bit more homelike. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend...

「It was near everything. But the parking was limited, because people that wasn’t staying there, was parking there. And I had to wait hours before I could park!」

「The apartment we got was so cozy and cute it had two balconies everything was clean , the water did go out ( which comes with the PR Life) but they were so helpful and replied quickly and got us a new apartment with an extra bedroom and close to downtown area and still close to where we were staying. I’ll be using Otium rentals next time I come back to PR specifically. 」

「Overall my stay was pretty good! The only downfall was There were very small ants in the kitchen and a late check out apparently wasn’t available per the agent I spoke to after I payed for the late checkout on the website since it was offered on my main screen. 」

「Overall, our stay was nice. The property is quaint and is in a great location. It was clean and the furnishings were nice. This unit has all the necessities, coffee maker, toaster, some cooking utensils and the TV was huge. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. We only used the pool once and it was very clean. The kitchen faucet sprays erratically into the small sink and the bathroom sink didn't really have any hot water. There is no overnight staffing or any enforced "quiet...

「Although this place is away from the main tourist area, i feel like it couldn't have been better. There are local restaurants within walking distance. A little local grocery near by. The neighborhood felt safe to walk in even after dark. Everything was VERY clean and in order. Very comfortable. We had a little issue with figuring out the hot water, but when i reached out to the property owner, it was taken care of IMMEDIATELY. I would definitely stay at this property again. 5 stars all the way!」

「Spectacular view. Best of both worlds, beach on 1 side -city on the other. Very walkable. Kitchen needs good scrubbing. Was hoping to do some cooking instead of constantly having to go out to eat but the cookware was not what you would expect in a vrbo. Old dirty kitchen had moldy broken drain . A heavy cleaning and a view items replaced and this place would be amazing. Beach lounge chairs only $4 a day rite in front of building. Also need fob to get in and Out of every where at condo . Only...

「The property it’s very nice, it has one bedroom and a living room but they are not separated by a door, therefore even if there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, this apartment is more comfortable for 2 people then for 3 adults. The ocean view is beautiful and the apartment is comfortable. One thing to notice: the location form Expedia app it is not accurate and was not easy to find the apartment, I suggest to search “Miranda beauty” that is a shop exactly under the building to easily find...

「The place was clean, beds comfy, ac worked great. Only one bath which would have been ok.. but the shower had no hot water and the drain was not sufficient in that shower water got on the floor. There is no private seating area…it’s out on the common area.. and the place was very quiet .. except when it was not with outside partiers coming in at night.. but that’s to be expected in the heart of a vibrant city! . If the bathroom was improved I would stay there again.」
