We absolutely loved the property! The location was perfect and made our stay so enjoyable. Our host was super communicative and we felt so welcomed the moment we stepped foot onto the property. The property was beautifully decorated and we felt very safe during our stay here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful location to stay in beautiful Puerto Rico!

The biggest problem is that the windows do not have glass panes; they only have screens. As a result, whenever the blinds are opened, all the heat and humidity from outside enter the apartment. This makes it difficult to keep the apartment comfortable and well ventilated. In practice, the apartment has to remain dark because opening the blinds to let in natural light also allows a significant amount of heat and humidity to enter. The appartment is confortable, clean, well located and with easy access to a nice beach.

Absolutely phenomenal secured location on a seemingly private beach. The premises was great for my family vacation with 2 children. Management was always one call/message away during my 5 day stay… Highly recommend!

This property was amazing. It was in a great location and was an extremely short walk to the beach! Highly recommend staying here, we stayed in the PH with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and it was lovely. It was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with anything you might need to cook, and beach towels, chairs, and floats were provided.

So the property was very nice. We did not have water for three days and we had to get gallons of water from Walmart to take showers. That was terrible. The temperatures were about 103 to 104 and we were not able to shower properly. The location of the property is perfect its in close proximity of everything. Very close to the airport and surrounding places. There were a few things in the property that were not that great the shower doors didn't close properly. A broken vase. Also, when we didn't have water we also had to manually fill the toilet tank with water to use the bathroom as well. The property team was very responsive during this time. Hopefully we get compensated for those days. This is an honest review so that people can see the property owners were responsive even though the water situation happened.

Room, amenities, and location were great. I paid extra for late check out and twice had staff members show up to my room after 11am (one staff member came into my room while I was still here). I don’t think communication was very clear.

Nice location with easy walking access to the beach. Comfortable apartment with a nice kitchen. Water pressure was kind of low. The beach is beautiful with windsurfing going on in the area for those looking to learn or practice.

It was great to be close to the beach, and to be part of a "normal" San Juan neighborhood and close to restaurants and stores. The apartment was basic, clean, with good working appliances and security to get into the building and our quarters. Parking was okay most of the time; we only had to park three blocks away once. Two remotes had dead batteries and replacements for one of them was provided promptly. The other remote needed a small/short battery; we never got that replaced but survived fine without the living room fan/light. Staff was very helpful when we had difficulty finding the place the first night.

My friends and I took spent our 5 day trip at this location and couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. It’s safe,quiet,convenient,and close to everything such as nearby beaches,La Placita,Old San Juan,and amazing restaurants. We had the smoothest vacation experience.We’re looking forward to staying at this location again or possibly exploring other properties Otium has to offer. Absolutely a 10 out of 10. Thank you Otium for making this an experience for my friends and I to remember forever.

Great location, safe gated area. Restrooms provided shampoo conditioner and body wash. unfortunately something that was a bit annoying was the floor in my room was quiete dirty. A lot of sand and dirt on the floor. Overall a pleasant stay.

I liked the security and that the beach was in walking distance. What I didn't like was that there was mildew in the bathroom ceiling and was extending to the hallway outside of the bathroom. Other than that the place was nice and cozy.

Excellent property. As advertised plus. The 3 bedroom 3 bath penthouse condo provided everything my party of four needed. Close proximity and cheap Uber ride to Condado, Old San Juan, and Isle Verde. Be advised it is a third floor walk-up but still a great stay. Partial ocean view and a very short walk to the beach. Be advised there is only one TV. I would highly recommend this property.
