The place was great in a great location beaches down the street restaurants are all around. If we needed something we would call and then get right back to us. Other than the parking we were told we weren't allowed to park in front of the building but there was several cars parked there and we have the email to prove it there was a minor hiccup the last day and a half that we were there there was a foul smell apparently coming from another apartment

very secure with outside gate and then also door passcodes, very close distance to many different restaurants, extremely close to the beach, and enjoyed being right around the corner from a walgreens. communication was easy and issues were resolved quickly. our room worked great for a group of 3-4 people.

simple little stay, nothing to much. the bed was comfy there was everything u could possibly need for a 10 days trip. you’re right next to the beach too as well as hella shops. the communication was clear and fast as well

I'd like to start by saying I gave this property four stars.. the pictures were exactly what I expected... The check-in was easy.. the bed was super comfortable.. the only thing I didn't like was the floor was like a painted Gray cement floor and it was kind of on the dirty side I would even have appreciated some area rugs by the beds and the bathrooms but that's just me other than that it was great I would definitely go back!!

Easy to get to. Property clean. Communications is good but response is slow. Bed had bent metal and they never came to fix it. The neighbors was loud, and at a very busy road si you hear all the partying from nearby restaurant and traffic horns offten. Other than that it is a cute place. Would recommend to ask if bed is made to hold two(i had a queen metal frame bed).

It was a great stay. The property is walking distance to many food options. I hope they add a shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries it was a little annoying not having a shelf in the shower as well.

Loved this place - comfy beds, lots of space for the family, and a full kitchen. Two blocks from the beach and close to lots of restaurants and convenience stores. Be advised - it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (which wasn't an issue for us, but may be for some). The management was super responsive answering questions and assisting with parking and late checkout. Would definitely stay here again!

It had two clean rooms that had their own mini split and smart TVs. One room had a bunk bed which was nice because we have 2 kids, and the other was a queen mattress. The kitchen/living room had a smart TV, a 2 burner induction burner, microwave, mini fridge everything you need to cook, and a sink. There was a small standup table with 2 stools as well. The restroom had a standard standup shower, sink, and toilet. There was wifi but I didn't connect to it a whole lot because my data was faster and it seemed to slow down the streaming on the TVs. With that being said it served it's purpose, which was streaming in the first place. Plenty of clean beach towels, bathroom towels, face towels, wash clothes, and linens. The one thing I would warn about this place is that it is small. Not a whole lot of room to just lounge around but to be fair you are on vacation in Puerto Rico, go lounge around on the beach. I mention this because one day it did rain and it was a little difficult to all hang out together. The location is great in my opinion. It's about 2 blocks from the beach, 1 block away from ashford st. Which is a a hub for shops, food, and hotels. It's also located 1 block from the expressway which is nice if you have a rental. The property was " gated" so you have to enter a code Everytime you come in and out which is a nice touch. Overall 10/10, would most definitely stay here again and again.

Great place and very clean. Parking was easy to find on the side of road. All near. Just 2 minutes to Condado beach. Beach is excellent. Everything in near walking distance: Starbucks, Walgreens, restaurants, bars, parks, Cigar louges, ice cream shops, etc.

Our stay was great! Everything was very walkable! We did not rent a car while we were in San Juan, so staying with Otium gave us the opportunity to be close to everything. We were 2 blocks from the beach (2-5 min walk). Ashford Avenue is very lively and there were so many things to do! The food in that area is great. From Italian to traditional Puerto Rican cuisine, Ashford Ave had it all. I felt the apartment space was perfect for our stay. The host provided us with beach towels and chairs so we didn’t have to rent on the beach! I felt the building itself was very safe, we needed codes to get into the front door of the building and our own room. The only downside to our stay was that it’s located right near Ashford Avenue, which is a busy area, so at nighttime you could hear the traffic from the streets. Even though that’s uncontrollable, it still took some getting used to. Overall, I had a great stay and would book there again.

The property is very good, spacious, towels, beach chairs, the kitchen is equipped, close to the beach and severals restaurants. The only thing that has to change is the shower, the water is very weak.
