「The hotel was beautiful, clean and the hospitality was great. Only issue we had is there is no ac in common areas( theater, lobby, seating areas, bars & coffee bar) and it very humid and hot making it u comfortable and made you sweat just walking around. I think the for price you pay the hotel should have ac everywhere. Other than that it was a great resort. 」

「The pool and beach are nice. However, the hospitality and other items (see below) were very poor and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout my stay. We had to wait more than 2 hours for check-in. The room was double-booked and there was a different family staying in the room. There was no apology for this, and it took another hour for the room to be offered again. 「Excellent Family resort, tons of amenities, nice dining options, fantastic pools, good entertainment, so many things to do on and sponsored by the resort that we didn’t have look for outside activities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and responsive! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer…next time!」
