「Stayed here with my girlfriend. We loved the resort. The private pool room is definitely worth it. The main pool is a little small. The beach was just okay bc of seaweed which they cleaned up a lot. One thing that was frustrating, when you walk in after checking in you will get approached by the people trying to sell excursions. They are like vultures. 「The pool and beach are nice. However, the hospitality and other items (see below) were very poor and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout my stay. We had to wait more than 2 hours for check-in. The room was double-booked and there was a different family staying in the room. There was no apology for this, and it took another hour for the room to be offered again. The stay at the beach was painful as all the palapas / umbrella's were taken and you have to pay $40 daily to have an umbrella that barely protects 2 people.. even free water at the lobby now has one that needs tip to give you a tiny cup. 」

「Overall good hotel . A little dated needs a lick of paint and a minor renovations but the staff are great . Can’t do enough for you . Food/drink selection excellent. Clean and everyone friendly. This is a 3-4 star accommodation with 4-5 star food and service. Beach area lovely 」
