The room was old, killed spiders, you could hear everything from the room versus outside, just terrible! Only stayed one night and left early.

Palmetto Beachfront Hotel, a By the Sea Resort
Did not go to the pool. Had a terrible check in experience. Staff were hostile and rude. Check in was at 4 and after driving 9 hours they said our room may not be ready until 6.

Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort
Check in was very long. They were short staffed was my understanding. The room is a basic room with no updates for modern technology. The tv is pretty basic. No streaming. The property itself is great! Easy to get around and lots to do!
