Okada Manila Ski Vacations

This is my second stay/review of the property. My first 3 nights stay, the staff were great, helpful and professional However, my second stay was not as good because when I was calling the front desk/reception nobody was answering the phone it took awhile for some to pick up. I was looking for my belt that I left the first time I checked in. The person who answered the phone said she’ll find out and call me back but she never did. I called the operator instead and spoke to a certain Harley, I think that’s his name and he was the one who was able to help/found the belt I was looking for. The guy from the housekeeping brought it up to my room. I was glad and thankful. However, I/we had the same problem with the room service food we ordered, it was not very good. Again, I’m suggesting for a new Chef.

We had a good staycation. Spacious and neat. i would highly recommend especially for family of 4-5.

Standard drop from the last stay when I was there. The customer service not as good. Airport shuttle wasn't arranged properly. The housekeeping missed cleaning my room and the laundry need to call them to deliver to my room instead of placing them in my room when ready.

We had a good staycation. Spacious and neat. i would highly recommend especially for family of 4-5.

This was our third time staying at the Aruga and I always choose this place for it’s perfect location and the customer service.
