The property itself is ok. The hallways are hot and no AC and the lobby’s have a pungent odor. The gym isn’t really a gym. The room itself was good. But the service and communication with staff was poor. I asked for towels and toiletry’s many times and never got a response from anyone or any help. I ended up staying at a different hotel as a result. I likely won’t stay here again due to poor communication from staff.
