A good plenty of car spaces. Staffs are all well trained with good personalities. The rooms are cleaned daily with all amenities replaced. There is a pool which is maintained daily and looks over the beautiful and magnificent Volcanic island. The coffee shop is in the lobby and serves superb Brews. As all fabulous restaurants are scattered at walking distance but we found Leslie the best.

Location, Staff, breakfasts were excellent. At time of booking we were not informed of renovations taking place/ closures taking place. Renovations were noisy and as consolation we were given ear plugs in our room. The showers and CRs/bathrooms off the pool were shut down. the pool would close during rain and required too much time in the mornings to clean. All other aspects of the facility were excellent.

Everything is perfect .but the washroom that i stayed in is not that clean so i gave 4/5 . I saw insect on the shower area the toilet has some dirt . And the glass door of shower not cleaned properly.. the smell of the room is good the room is clean and tidy.. staffs are nice and breakfast is good

The hotel has a great view of Taal volcano and convenient to restaurants and easy to get around as it’s off the main highway. The rooms seems very thin as we heard the party that was going on in one of their ballroom and it was loud and we couldn’t sleep. The rooms were also outdated and can use an update but overall we would stay again for the amazing view of Taal volcano.

Great Views and Service in Tagatay

Great hotel with the newly updated rooms it was very nice. There were 2 young ladies working the front desk in June 9, 2025 that were absolutely amazing and a great help, provided amazing service. Would highly recommend this hotel for the service and the view ls
