clean place to sleep, not many amenities but the restaurant downstairs had morning breakfast. very friendly staff. i would stay here again

We were welcomed by Emily at Front of House who was so helpful. She gave us great recommendations and really made us welcome. My only disappointment was due to booking through Expedia only 1 breakfast was included whereas if we had booked direct both guests would receive breakfast. Otherwise the stay was ideal. The area is great, 10 minute walk to most places, circular quay, the rocks, old sydney, the shopping area in Pitt Street.

Excellent location, very close to central train station and lots of delicious food options nearby, especially given proximity to Chinatown. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, the room had several cockroaches. We notified reception and asked if the roaches we had trapped under several glasses could be taken care of and the room sprayed. When we came back later, only one had been removed and in the meantime, more were noted elsewhere. Ultimately, they offered us another room, which was clean and roach free.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Check in staff member linh was wonderful.

Conveniently located near George street but away enough from it as well. It’s an easy walk to Barangroo, The Rocks, Circular Quay, and Sydney Opera House as well as everything below from that. The hotel’s luggage storage was great since my flight wasn’t until 7 at night. I love that I have a washer and dryer in the room. I came back from a rainy whale watching day, which had a lot of salt water splashed on me. It was easy to do laundry at my convenience.
