Perfect location for exploring Sydney. Nice design and good size room. Staff are very friendly. Decent cafe on premise and within easy access of nearby restaurants and bars. Really enjoyed my stay.

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

AC was good the only issue I had was the blackout curtains didn't work and I needed the sleep with travelling for nearly 48hrs straight.

Great location for sightseeing in the city & catching the ferry. Staff were great, really polite and helpful.

Room is small but spotlessly clean! Location is fantastic. And staff so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!
