There is a construction happening just next to this building which was not mentioned at the time of booking. The unit itself was clean however my little one was crawling and we realized a very fine black dust was on the floor perhaps from the construction. The dishwasher was very dirty and we even did not want to touch it. Over all should be 7/10 not 9/10.

Great location and room. Only issue was check in text message with entry code wasn't received by my NZ phone. There was an after hours phone number at front desk that helped though, but just something to be aware of if you check in after hours/weekends.

The apartment was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The staff were wonderful.

The location is fantastic, but overall the stay didn’t justify the price. The room felt dated, and the TV in the bedroom didn’t work. Check-in was frustrating as we were told a physical credit card was required, despite many people now relying on digital wallets. They ultimately accepted a debit card and processed it as a standard transaction anyway, making the initial insistence seem unnecessary. While the room appeared clean at first glance, travelling with a crawling baby quickly revealed dust, hair and dirt on the floors, which was disappointing. Housekeeping also came during nap time each day, making servicing inconvenient. For a beachside property, I was surprised that the floors weren’t mopped regularly given the amount of sand guests naturally bring in. Overall, a great location, but the property is becoming dated and doesn’t offer the value you’d expect for the price.

Great location however rooms are very tired and dirty is some areas. They are due for an update! Hot water in shower not working and was lukewarm at best.

This was the best GC apartment we have stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful from the start to the end of our stay. The apartment was lovely, comfortable with great outlooks. It was located in a convenient location and the apartment is well maintained.
