Great hotel right at the airport. Perfect!!

The room was fab with a great view and the amenities that I needed . I was aware that the indoor pool was out of action but not to the extent that the works were . When I arrived I got to an area fenced for works , so had no idea how to get into the hotel . Luckily a kind resident helped me . Also the outdoor pool was out of action for 2 days which wasn’t brilliant . I understand works happen but a better brief g would have been nice , I would have perhaps booked somewhere else . However once the works are done I would recommend it to anyone

All good, a nice place to stay.

The bath combined shower is extremely dangerous, the top of the bath from the floor was well above knee height, making it a safety hazard getting in and out, unless you are an Olympic hurdler, there is no step or safety handrails. It is a accident site waiting to happen. Cheers

Clean room. Staff very helpful. Shops right there and the tram close by. Breakfast is delicious 😋

Excellent environment, facilities and services

Great location and room. Only issue was check in text message with entry code wasn't received by my NZ phone. There was an after hours phone number at front desk that helped though, but just something to be aware of if you check in after hours/weekends.

The apartment was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The staff were wonderful.

This was the best GC apartment we have stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful from the start to the end of our stay. The apartment was lovely, comfortable with great outlooks. It was located in a convenient location and the apartment is well maintained.
