We were welcome by Basheer. He is very warm & knowledgeable. He is very polite, helpful & consistent.
Our room had a power outrage but were quick to respond. They moved us to another room quickly. We returned to our room the next morning.

Great hotel and will likely stay again. Can use some updating in the public areas but nothing looked worn or tired.
Only one complaint - no refrigerator in the room. A mini-bar frig was there but it was the type that automatically bills you if you take anything out and there was no room for anything we brought to be kept chilled.
