Good location, not far from the train station and trams. Supermarkets nearby and shopping centres close. Easy walking distance to Market Square and Senate Square. The bedroom in the apartment was quite small. Not a lot of space between the bed and the wall. The bathroom was also small. The sitting area and kitchen were a good size. No storage area for clothing other than hanging space. Very quiet street, no noise from outside.

Room was clean and cozy, I would say it was really small. The pool looked really nice but was close when I was there.

Hotel Haven was a great place to stay in Helsinki. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. One day when we gad to go out at 6:30 am, they suggested puttingbtogether a take-away breakfast for us. I realize that if you ask, many hotels will do this. I was impressed that I didn't have to ask. The buffet breakfast was amazing. There was a ginger shot to start your day. A honeycomb dripped its honey into little bowls. Great bread. Eggs, porridge. Herring three ways. Gravlax. Hot snd vold vegetables. Turkish yogurt. Chia pudding. Fresh fruit salad and sliced fruit. Cereals. Pastries...even candy. And the coffee was perfect, very strong, but not bitter. If you prefer espresso or cappuccino, there is a machine where you can make your own. Our room was good and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a rainfall shower which was nice. Our only complaint about the room was that there was almost no closet space. We couldn't unpack at all. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the staff was wonderful and the breakfast unmatched.

Lovely rooms and very clean. Rooms were a little warm and air con range was very limited. Instructions on how to use things in the room would also be nice.

Incredible stay with incredible staff. The Waldorf Astoria Helsinki knows how to make you feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Cannot recommend this establishment enough!! So much so that I am considering applying for Amex credit card for Waldorf Astoria points!! Job well done!

Excellent hotel in a central location. Room was spotless clean. I had a corner room with a beautiful view. Breakfast was lovely and I ate in the bar on both occasions. Staff were super helpful and friendly - they even got me a coffee at 4:30am when I checked out. I would highly recommend this hotel and I look forward to returning.

The property has a lovely lobby bar with a DJ who comes on the weekends. The reindeer dish is divine!
