Super-convenient for Spaccanapoli on a relatively quiet side street. Would stay here again for sure.

If you need internet, meaning a good internet connection, look at a different hotel. The restaurant staff is great. The front desk staff not so much.

It was perfect, the view absolutely stunning.

This hotel is comfortable and clean. The reception and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is very near the central train station. While our room was spacious and comfortable, the door to an adjoining suite allowed so much noise - we could hear the neighbours as if they were in our room. Additionally, we were given a mini-bar price list, but no actual fridge in the room. They also have a rule of not bringing any food back to your room! The safe also did not work. There was a split of AC/heat, a large closet and desk. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast started at 8am. It consisted of very tasty pastries, yoghurt, and cereal in a nicely decorated room by reception. I would recommend the hotel as a clean, comfortable place to stay but definitely minimalist. And perhaps other rooms are better sound-proofed than ours was...

Everything was close by, within a couple minutes walk you were in the heart of the city. the only thing was that they have centralized heating and air, so they turn on heaters till April...then air. we went in march and rooms were warm so it was real stuffy in the rooms.

The staff the property the decorative finish is all beautiful. The hotel communal areas also have an amazing smell and of course the Room is spacious classic and spectacular. My one and only negative observation “no matter how hard I tried the Breakfast Cheff can not execute a perfect fried or poached egg. And the Ala’Cart Cheff severs me a Raw Burger then having sent it back continued to grill the same patty till it was cremated and basically wrecked it. It think the management need to remind the Cheff the customers are paying high menu prices and to step up considerably to the customers expectations. Other than that a Beautiful Stay xx

What a stunning hotel, we loved our stay at the Belair in Sorrento. Little touches such as email correspondence enquiring our purpose for the stay. A 30th celebration for my son and reassurance the Belair staff would do all possible to make his birthday a memorable one. All the staff we found exceptionally helpful and kind, in particular the Restaurant Female Manager personally enquired about our daily plans and voiced genuine concern for my son's foot injury which he really appreciated. A surprise chocolate birthday cake at breakfast was a nice touch and happy birthday sung by the breakfast staff too. Our rooms were spotless and cleaned twice daily. We had a beautiful terrace each with spectacular views over Sorrento Town and Vesuvius. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was to look back onto Sorrento and this did not dissapoint. We walked into town in the evenings and there is a bus stop directly outside which we used for the train/bus station and Marina Piccola. We all wholeheartedly recommend the Belair, we appreciated it's peaceful serenity and the genuine warmth and kindness of it's staff. Thank you Belair.

This is the kind of hotel you note for future stays. The friendly service is from everyone here, and all seem happy to work here. The concierges gave great recommendations and never hesitated on any request. We will plan to be back!

Ideal location for the train station and getting to and from the airport on the Alibus. Very nice staff who were very accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and I got a great nights sleep!

Hotel and staff were very helpful.. Great location to Naples.Outside the hotel ( not under their control) is dirty and littered with homeless who minded to themselves..
