"The room is cozy, super clean, the breakfast is a standard buffet style. And it’s convenient to transport and entertainment. The only thing may improve is the space of bathroom, it is too small. "

"Room was large but bare. Just a couple of chairs besides the bed made the space not flexible to use as a true ‘suite’. Heat hard to control. Had a big whirlpool tub, but small spigot meant it took a long time to fill. Room clean; housekeeping does a nice job. Desk staff friendliness mixed."

He took the time to carefully explain the different tour options and made thoughtful recommendations that really enhanced our trip. His dedication and professionalism truly stood out—he went over and above in every way. We loved our stay so much that we actually came back one week later for the return leg of our vacation, which says everything. "I loved how when arriving Andrea and his mother were there to check us in, they were both so welcoming and there was no guessing how to get in or how things worked. The room was extremely clean and the location couldn't be better, a quick walk from the train, and I mean, we were across the road from the sea! I want to say how much we appreciated the care they took when I became very sick and needed fresh towels and other supplies, they came right away and even brought a thermometer for me, then Andrea came back the next day to check in on me.
