Great, clean room. Amazing staff. Will be returning.

The staff did an awesome job during my stay. Pools and food were great as well! Not much of a beach, especially this time of year with high levels of seaweed. Overall, the resort itself was great!

The resort is clean and the location is excellent. Overall the food is ok , it’s decent but nothing to brag about. Most of the staff is very pleasant and friendly but their sales people ( time share ) are extremely aggressive and don’t take no for an answer. We were told it would be a casual 90 minutes pitch with no commitments but it was far from the truth . Their sales people and their supervisors are incredibly rude and condescending. When we told them no because it doesn’t benefit us , they kept pressuring us to sign up and tried to make us feel bad about wasting their time . That is the only reason why we would NEVER go back to the Wyndham Grand All inclusive resort. Do yourselves a favor and avoid those scammers ( sales & marketing ) at all cost if/when you go there .

Outstanding service, top class hotel

We loved Sun Palace, they offer several pools, great atmosphere, nice spa, great resturants, we liked the Thai a lot. I'd recommend it for a nice get away.

Loved our upgraded suite it had 180 views of the ocean
