Great place to stay.

The resort nice overall we will be going back

We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was lovely and clean. Beautiful balcony overlooking the pool. Cons: price does not include water park tickets but they have a package that comes with 2 for only a few bucks more. Just make sure you read which one. Water park is ONLY open from 10-5. This was a huge disappointment. It does say it online but you have to search for it. Hotel is absolutely just selling rooms. Zero hospitality from the bellman to reservations. No one can be bothered to help. The restaurant was the highlight. Food was delicious! Lunch was very slow. Took over an hour to get 3 entrees. Dinner was better. They were quick with the kids meals but slower for ours. With all that said, it’s pricey. I would certainly return. I’ll just set my expectations accordingly.

The best overall experience ever at a resort

The staff was super friendly, and quick to assist with any needs that were brought up. With that said, the property is aging quite a bit and could use a fairly substantial refresh. This would include inside the Villa (which we stayed at) and the grounds in most of the area. Many trees & bushes needed significant attention.. The room was very very clean though, and that helped with the overall experience.

Homes were a nice size, pools as well. Asked well in advance for early check-in and check-out but not given either. Breakfast was okay somedays, pastries were delicious and fresh, scrambled eggs were runny everyday and sausage patties were good except one day when they were well overcooked. It would have been nice to have some variety with breakfast. Grounds were clean. Water pressure and heat were lacking. They had a bbq but no propane tank. Cooking pan was so warped and unusable. It would be nice if they kept these in good condition or replaced. Staff were friendly. We didn’t use the waterpark but it looked impressive.

Everything was great! Staff goes above and beyond expectations! One example… a washa is a tool to use on your face. The house cleaning staff accidentally broke the one I had in the shower and had notified me of this by text. By the end of the day, they replaced it with a brand new one. Another example, I enjoyed getting up early to go to the patio facing the pool on my balcony. The ground keepers were very noisy one morning, and I told the front desk and the next day I could tell they were trying not to make as much noise. I appreciate them listening to my voice and actually doing something about it. The front staff also upgraded our room, for an extra fee of course, but it was still about a savings of $900 per day from ordering the same room online. We ate at both Capa and Ravello‘s and I would have to say that Ravello‘s food is actually better. They use a better seasoning on there ribeye steaks then Capa. The pasta and meatballs and bread are excellent at Ravello‘s. Ravello’s also has a nice breakfast buffet daily, which we enjoyed. It is such a nice relaxing property to enjoy walks around the lake, an adult pool, lazy river, clean uncrowded gym and shuttles to the Disney parks. I would definitely like to go back again soon, and if the Four Seasons offers me a free vacation, I’ll be there as soon as they want. But, at this time, I’m writing this review just because my wife and I enjoyed the vacation so much lol.

House was beautiful, spacious and clean. The cheapest and lowest quality toiletries you could possibly get. One roll of toilet paper on the holder and one back up for 5 days with 6 people. It was like wiping with a whisper. Bar soap for washing hands was the size of a communion wafer. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was only good for one person for one day as long as you were quick enough to catch it before it slid through your fingers. One dishwashing pod, one laundry pod and two total trash bags for 5 days. Went to the front desk asking for more and was told they do not provide additional if we run out. However, it clearly states on the Expedia amenities list that toiletries free. They definitely need to clarify only enough for one day. Thank god Target is only a 12 minute walk. The maids started knocking on our door at 8:50am when check out was at 10am. When we answered they said take as long as you need while they circled the front door steps like vultures until 10am. Overall we made of the best it and wish we knew to be better prepared. Hopefully this review will help others.
