Clean rooms. Quiet.

Everything was exceptional!!!!!

We noticed the plumbing was very noisy in adjoining rooms. Woke us up at 4 am

Room was clean and excellent condition. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Clean rooms, historic vibes over all a good stay in a unique hotel. That said it’s not our favorite Hoxton but won’t keep us from staying at others

Stayed in a river view room over NYE and had a great view of the fireworks show on the river! The staff was superb and went above and beyond for us. Extremely kind and knowledgeable. Cannot wait to stay again!

Staff and management went above and beyond, even with unnecessary actions, to express their apologies and to ensure we are compensated for small, not even worth to mention, issue during the check-in. I felt embarrassed as I really thought there was no problem at all and I really appreciate what they did and how they handled the matter.

When we arrived at check in time, we were informed that our room was not ready but that we could upgrade at a discounted additional cost to a suite. At first, we didn't want to do that and decided to wait. The host provided complimentary round of drinks and meal for the wait. We decided to upgrade and I'm so glad that we did. The room was incredible and the service, from concierge, staff and valets, here is top notch. We ordered the Waldorf salad and Waldorf chocolate chip cookies because you have to if you stay here. Loved this place and will definitely return.

Room was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect walking distance from a lot great eating and tourists spots.
