Pool and fitness center were nice. Breakfast buffet on the weekends is great. During the week it is only a la carte. Room was comfortable and quiet. Only issue was that the bathroom was quite small, the door almost touched the toilet and sink!

After a mix up on the telephone asking for early arrival , they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Hotel looks old from outside but inside is wonderful. Staff were great and room very clean and comfortable

Airport shuttle was excellent. Drivers were friendly and helpful. Overall the room was comfortable and clean. However there was some deterioration on the bathroom door which kind of stuck out when using the bathroom.

Great birthday stay

We took our grandson to the Monster Jam event at nearby Allstate Arena for his birthday trip and stayed here overnight afterwards. After mentioning this to the check in team, they delighted us by comping us breakfast, parking and a free beverage. It made our trip very memorable to be treated so well. We also LOVED the huge indoor/ outdoor pool!
