The air conditioners aimed directly headboard and also directly at the sofa. The room was cool but extremely humid. The front desk was sometimes helpful. The TV did not work properly and they sent someone up who told us he would send someone else. But that never happened. All in all, the hotel is old and in need of refurbishing.

Outstanding, warm service. Excellent hotel restaurant, the mushroom ravioli and duck were both dream worthy. Wonderful breakfast pastries daily. Extremely quiet as well. I would absolutely return.

Room was clean, well ventilated at the perfect temperature.
Super quiet.
The shades are opaque and kept the room super dark (woke up past 9am and didnt feel like it was this late)
Staff at the front desk went above and beyond to help us access our room.
(I have never seen a front desk clerk lead us all the way to the elevator wishing us a great stay. Thank you Jade, after a long harsh day, this little extra attention was very appreciated)
