Such a great room! Overlooked the "lake" but easy access to the beach and a beautiful view. The room was super clean, well maintained and quiet. The staff were so friendly and had great recommendations!

Brilliant location for accessing Chinatown, shopping options, and the light rail that connects to everything. Disappointed in the room servicing on the weekend but was able to get enough towels to see me through my stay. Will definitely stay there again but please do a better job servicing the rooms.

Was easy to find and suited all my needs

Loved the feel of the hotel. Felt luxurious and loved the design features in bedrooms. Immaculately clean and common areas of the hotel were well maintained. Loved the pool area and gym etc. Was lovely to open the curtains in the morning and to see the horses all out exercising. Had a lovely breakfast overlooking the track. Easy check in and parking etc Nice comfy beds. Really struggled with the bathroom set up,looks nice design wise but not practical at all. Travelled with my teenage daughter and having glass doors but no actual door for the bathroom makes for an uncomfortable experience at times. Needing to use the bathroom overnight calls for you to go in the dark. Such an odd design feature! Despite this would happily stay again...but could only do so with those you are VERY comfortable with

Room clean. Outdated. Permanent stains on table and in bath tub I suspect as opposed to not being clean. Good bathroom amenities. Poor coffee making amenities. Overall good stay. Would stay again if in the same areas.

Wonderful hotel under the Sydney bridge, quiet, yet with in walking distance of The Rocks and Quay. Hotel is literally on the waterfront, so wonderful views. Highlty recommend the hotel

Really impressed with Ace Hotel Sydney. They’ve done a great job capturing that New York feel and bringing it into Sydney without it feeling forced. The location is a big win, right in a cool, lively part of the city with easy access to everything you’d want. Makes it a great base whether you’re here for work or a weekend. Rooms are well designed and stylish, though a little on the smaller side. That said, the bed was seriously comfortable, which more than makes up for it after a long day. Didn’t get a chance to try Kiln, which was a bit of a shame as I’ve heard great things, but gives me a reason to come back. What really stood out was the team, genuinely friendly, helpful, and made the whole stay feel easy. Would definitely stay again.

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive
