The room was great! Helpful staff very cute place to stay. My only complaint is the roof top hot tub is closed and when speaking to the staff I was told there is no intention to reopen it. I found the pictures of the hot tub a bit misleading since this is the case.

We had to pay for parking $20 a night. Our shower mob broke and we were asked if the shower would be used because he didn’t know how to fix it. I had to strongly say yes the shower was need as we had excursion planned. Finally it was fixed but it took some time which put us behind schedule.

Elevator was broken our entire stay and the upgraded Executive Suite definitely needs some significant upgrades. We couldn’t use the outlets next to our bed due to them being too loose and unable to hold our chargers. Definitely not the stay we expected, unfortunately.
