We had a fantastic stay at the Cheval Three Quays. The apartments are spacious , have spectacular views on the Thames and all the amenities you can possibly as for. The location could not be better with a Starbucks and Pret Manager right across the street , access to the Uber boat within a 2 min walk and easy access to public transportation. The staff were very courteous and they made sure we had a comfortable stay . We will definitely be returning on our next visit to London .

Modern and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice apartment. Had some issues with the drying cycles on the washer/dryer machine.

Good service, clean, safe, they need only to upgrade the breakfast a bit.

The staff was friendly and responsive when we reached out ahead of our stay. The room was small but clean. Our room was on the basement level, so we were worried about lighting. But it was bright, well lit. The weather was unusually warm but our room never got stuffy. There were windows on both sides of the room, so we got a nice cross breeze. We were close to the train station (a requirement for us) and taxis were readily available nearby. Plus, lots of places to eat within walking distance. There we no elevators and the hallways were a nit narrow. But thats par for the course. Not a deal breaker, just need to manage expectations. I wouldn’t recommended for someone with mobility challenges. All in all, I’d definitely stay there again.

This Hotel is one of my best ever finds, it is a fabulous hotel, with extremely helpful staff. I can't fault anything, the air con was a life saver, the breakfast was lovely in such a nice room. We had dinner in the garden on our second night which was such a calm relaxing space, I cannot recommend highly enough this lovely hotel.

Nice new hotel conveniently located a short walk from Victoria station. Spacious room (upgraded to accessible room with an external window). Appreciated the generous breakfast included. Overall a very positive stay, just a few areas to look into: - Bizarre, complicated WiFi login and password written on hotel information sheet by receptionist that didn’t work (tried a few times). Why not use industry standard, such as surname/room number? - soundproofing was ok, we could hear people talking as they walked along the corridor, and luckily no-one either side of us. However, there was a very audible sound of running water behind the walls all night, see possible explanation from google below*. - Breakfast was busy and, while there was plenty of food to help yourself to, and frequent cleaning away of dishes, some of the serving spoons were very greasy from the many hotel guests handling them. Suggest hand sanitisers on entry and more napkins. - The coffee dispensed in the three machines tasted awful. Could have been the milk, or the blend of coffee, water and milk in a cappuccino. I tried two machines, as one looked like it had a decaf label on it. *possible explanation from google: Building Material: Many modern hotels use lightweight PVC drainpipes rather than old-school heavy cast iron. PVC transmits the sound of rushing water, which can sound loud like a "waterfall".
