The staff were friendlier and more helpful than the norm.
While the rooms aren't large objectively, they make the most of their space. And it doesn't require a PhD to work out the lighting, A/C etc.

Good location, but it seems every stay is getting more expensive! I travel often and stayed here many times and it is now on average £500 per night! Rooms and the staff are great. Restaurant is expensive and food choices aren’t the best.

The included breakfast was superb!
Excellent location across the street from the train station and a short walk to their excellent zoo. I rarely write reviews of where we stay but the GAIA deserves proper recognition!
