The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly! The location is excellent, with the train station right outside the hotel, and the restaurant is wonderful, great food and atmosphere. Would stay again when we come for Art Basel.

Guest receptionist was very helpful and was multitasking helping during the restaurant service. The servers were hard working and professional. The room was an absolutely nice and clean. Food in their restaurant is top class!

Welcoming and lovely humour on arrival. Room was perfect, black-out curtains were perfect Location great but it is next to a railway line so you do get the occasional train at night but i managed a great night sleep which is rare! Dining room staff were friendly and loved our dog. Food was terrific, not the cheapest but we were on holiday so who cares?! Breakfast filled us for our journey that's for sure! Welcoming to dogs even in breakfast and dining room and other guests just carried on without a care Stayed one night but could easily have stayed longer
