Dated Western hotel features a chic interior design. Room quite small and a bit outdated. Maybe okay for 1 night stay. Bed and pillow are not as comfortable. Quite room. Convenient located next to Namba station and few minutes away from major shopping street, near Dotonbori. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, maybe not to have a large portion of food bought out at once, so the food stay fresh.

Room was very clean but small and lack of storage. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of variety.

Clean room and friendly staff. Our room is facing a busy street and sometimes it gets noisy at night. Train station and bus stops are walkable. Overall it’s a good location.

The staff at this hotel were incredible. They were kind, helpful and went out of their way to suggest places to eat, and made reservations for us. The rooms were large and clean and well appointed. The continental breakfast that was included was such a nice way to start your morning I would definitely recommend this hotel.
