Very clean room and great staff

We had previously stayed at a MONday Apart in Ueno and were happy to book another. Particularly as there was a washer/dryer and you could pick up washing detergent from reception. Our room was smaller than the one in Ueno. The staff at check in were lovely and each time we walked in and out they greeted us. The apartment was a 10 minute walk from Namba station which was easy, There is a 7-11 at the next corner. Namba Yasaka Jinja is just around the corner. Overall a good place to stay.

Great service and clean room

Great clean room and very helpful staff, in a very central location easy walkable distance to everywhere in Kyoto while also easy access to all the transport to get around to all the sights

The staff was exceptional, especially when we had an issue with the AC. The shuttle bus was appreciated and so convenient. Our family enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. The location is fine. You can walk to the Osaka Castle. There is a train station nearby. Breakfast is great. Staff is very helpful.

Clean and peaceful

There is absolutely no way on earth that this is a five star hotel and it shouldn’t be marketed as one. It’s very well located with great views from the lounge, clean and with helpful staff. But the furniture is not only badly dated, it’s cheap with the bathroom like something from a roadside motel. See photo. This room was a real letdown after the Hotel Royal Classic over the road. Great breakfast selection and being right on top of Namba station was a big plus.
