We arrived midmorning of August 6th, deposited our luggage for safe keeping (already promised), and had the most delightful treatment from both of the desk folks (forgive me, I do not have their names, but we saw the young lady through the weekend and at departure on the 12th), who were immensely professional and charming. We particularly appreciated the appropriate attire (instead of the dreadful stuff we see here in the USA and other places at times). When we returned around 2 pm with the room now ready, yet another delight at such a gorgeous room…among the most lovely we have ever used in all our travels. A welcome tray included fruit and other treats, all professionally done, and the entire unit was impeccably clean and neat. Room service a bit later, and breakfast a couple of times were five star.
Checkout was by the same lovely young lady who had checked us in, and despite a lobby area with other guests present, she was careful to be completely discrete and professional. The bill was in order, and we were in our way shortly. She escorted us to the front stoop and bid us adieu.
Just the best, and what a treat to stay with you all. As we had told them at check in, we chose your hotel based in the experience our daughter and husband had there eight years ago. We shall be back!
