フラワーポット島でのラグジュアリー旅行

The hotel has no amenities as far as I could tell in spite of a resort fee tacked onto the bill. The rooms are bare. No pictures, no information. No shower door so the bathroom floor gets wet. There were two bottles of Fiji water in the room upon arrival, and a small empty fridge. No coffee pot in the room, nor cups or glasses. No water or ice available. It took 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee in the cafe. The elevators are slow. Several floors and the rooftop are accessible although they are under construction still. The room doors shut loudly and you can hear traffic on the expressway bridge near by. My harbor view room faced a warehouse that was right across the street. That “harbor view” is not real.

Great location, large room with a very comfortable mattress and friendly staff. Kitchenette could have improved with couple more things like bowls and a knife but we had no issues having simple breakfast using the frig and microwave. Hotel was also quiet at night, meaning we were not troubled with sirens and the A/C was almost soundless. Highly recommend.

どこに行くにも便利な立地。部屋はとても清潔でベッドはふかふか。朝食も色々なメニューから選べてどれも美味しい。今度ニューヨーク行く時もリピートするかも。友達にも勧めます。

料金支払い後にIHGの会員券を提示したら、支払い前しかポイントが付加されないと言われた。

The staff are very friendly and helping. I had such a comfortable stay there.

Very close to Billy Jean Tennis Center. A nice place to stay if you plan on watching US OPEN. Neighborhood is packed with Chinese restaurants and the majority here is definitely Chinese. There are several supermarkets in the vicinity. The hotel provides breakfast. Simple but just good enough. I liked the steamed pork bun. The room is OK, but the shower curtain stinks and you can smell the odor in the bedroom if you keep the bathroom door open.
