Large, spacious, remodeled room, clean and very comfortable. Staff is friendly.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

The hotel is awesome. The check in experience was terrible. We were directed to use the self check in option but only 2 of 9 kiosks were working. Had to a stand in line 1.5 hours.

Really great spot. Love the low key aesthetic and cool design. The tiles in the bar area are great. Nice breakfast spot by pool, and beach club is outstanding. Only small issue is there were a bunch of loud little kids shouting and cannon-balling into the pool. Super disruptive to the peaceful setting and zero was done to ask the kids to chill just a bit. Overall - super spot and renovation has made it a gem again.

Room was perfect. We had a beautiful view out our huge picture window of the strip & The Sphere. The room, along with the double sink bathroom was extremely spacious & the king size bed was very comfortable. The location of being on end of the strip was great, quiet but still close enough to the "action". Also, right across the street & easy access to the Fashion Show Mall. The staff from the check in desk to the restaurant were professional & friendly. Emily & Roberto from the restaurant were the absolutely the best & made our breakfast experience a delight. My husband & I were very pleased & will definitely return on our next trip to Vegas. Our only complaint would be the coffee pods for the in room coffee maker were terrible BUT the coffee served down stairs in the restaurant was excellent. Very odd.

The room was clean but not spotless. We found crumbs and food particles everywhere on the floor from previous guests. Other than this, the hotel and staff were great!

Was exactly as expected.

The hotel was walking distance from Beverly Drive and Rodeo, a nice plus. The staff were really nice people always willing to help. There was no food available for dinning or snacks. They had a small filtered water machine in the lobby to fill cups or bottles. They had a small bar in the lobby that served only hot coffee drinks, no alcohol or other. Ice or microwave was available if asked. The place has an elevator, very small, and slow, and dated. The location is off the beaten path and quiet. It’s not a flashy place but comfortable. The room could use some improvements. The shower was huge but had just one Little corner shelf to put your soap and such. Very small sink and top. The lighting was very low to dim, hard to see if shaving or makeup. The heat/AC pump worked well but it was placed right over the bed where if you fell asleep with it on you could cook or freeze to death. The television had no guide or any way to find channels easily. No welcome info, tv guide, instructions to follow, or ideas for anything to give you a sense of whats around you or things to do. All in all the place has some nice features but much is dated and could be improved. The price was expensive for what we got but location was great for walking and getting around. Also they do have secure parking across the street for $40 a day.

Rooms were clean and staff was wonderful. I thought the room was a bit on the small side but i think that just may be because of where the hotel is at.
