「What I expected for the reasonable rate Just unfortunate no coffee in room A pot and cups were there but no coffee pods」

「I was working from the hotel for 3 days. Housekeeping never checked to see if I needed clean towels or coffee. I had to go down at night and ask. I dropped my earring on the bathroom floor, when I knelt down there was 3 dirty towels and a bandaid under the vanity. There is no one at the front desk till 8am if you need anything and the restaurant isn't even open for breakfast or coffee. On the positive side, the room was modern.」

「This was our second stay here and we were very satisfied again. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are fantastic. The room and bathroom were very clean. The only con is that the heater is very loud so sensitive sleepers should consider ear plugs. The location is close to gas stations, Tim Hortons, LCBO and a grocery store. We enjoyed our stay and will book here again.」

「This property was so dated. The sheets weren’t clean or if they were so many stains when you held them up. Very cheap sheets. Bathroom not clean. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. 」

Breakfast was good and diverse, kitchen attendant was lovely and created a very pleasant atmosphere. All in all, we had a very good experience here, will come again. Thank you!
