"Our host Karen was amazing. She very graciously allowed two very weary travellers to check in early when she learned we were there to attend my daughter’s wedding rather than have us trying to find something to do for 5 hours. The property is very well maintained with beautiful gardens and serene outdoor seating areas."

"This place is quite off grid and very remote. That was perfect. The lake view was great. The hosts were lovely. My main concern was about the fact that it wasn’t in great repair. The doors and windows were not super secure or easy to open and close. I also didn’t love that we got charged extra for wanting sheets and towels. It’s the only place I’ve ever stayed where I got charged for linens. Nonetheless, Jen was lovely, and I appreciated the local flavor of the area."
