It was a nice quiet hotel. Clean room and the staff was friendly and helpful. When I travel, I usually look for a Holiday Inn because I know what to expect. It's not fancy but affordable and a nice quiet location with plenty of restaurants nearby.

The location is convenient, within walking distance of several restaurants and grocery stores. Although I did not use the pool, it appeared well maintained. The staff were exceptionally welcoming. I found the rooms somewhat worn; the bathroom door required considerable effort to close, and the shower head dispersed water widely. The bar was pleasant, with staff again showing great friendliness.

The front desk staff in the evening were very helpful kind and ensured the safety of guests after I reported a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. The manager went outside and circulated. The room was clean and hotel overall was very clean. The front desk staff really stood out to me as super- best I’ve experienced in a long time. I don’t usually stay at this location but due to the good service I would again.

The toilet flush kept unhooking inside the toilet to the point where I gave up and just started flushing manually. There was two large beetle looking bugs in the bathroom in the morning. The staff was super kind and provided me with extra pillows when I asked for some, and check in and check out was easy and everyone was very helpful and kind and had great personalities for hospitality. The person who brought me pillows was very kind and helpful. I loved the jetted bath tub - and I would stay again.
