"I have stayed at this hotels a number of times on business (perhaps a dozen times). Its a clean and nice hotel close to restaurants. My only beef is the first floor room close to the exit (room 102). Front desk said it would be quiet, however, it is most certainly not. Every 20 min, a loud bang when door closes that shakes my room. After contacting front desk, they were concerned, but only to the extent they would be inconvenienced by putting me in a different room. I probably will not stay here again because of that response."

"Room was clean but furniture was dated, the drawers on the dresser wouldn’t stay closed, they would open on their own. Also there was a large rip in one of the bed skirts. No conditioner, just shampoo. But it was clean and comfortable so giving it a 3/5 star."

"The staff are very friendly. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of downtown Sudbury with vehicle parking across the street. The hotel is quite dated and is in need of some upgrades. I personally did not feel very safe and would not recommend walking around at night as there are a lot of homelessness in this area. The breakfast was decent however there is no bathroom in the lobby/breakfast area and i was allowed to use the staff bathroom. Beds were soft, decor dated but clean. the elevator had a funky smell. the fitness centre did not look appealing - only 2 machines that didnt look like they were properly maintained. "
