This was an amazing stay. The rook and resort was amazing and perfect ! This was our first time there but it will not be our last we will definitely be back !

It felt like a high end hotel with an affordable price. The amenities (umbrella, small bag, etc..) were well thought out. The detail and decor was top notch. Will be returning during the holidays.

It was absolutely wonderful. We were upgraded to a suite which was pretty sweet (no pun intended)! At night the surrounding view of the lake along the lakeside of the hotel was spectacular. The Rebar on the mezzanine floor with a live musician playing a saxophone on a Saturday, was a cozy and lively setting. Welcome champagne upon check in was a nice touch. The Terrace 16 restaurant/bar also served scrumptious choices on the menu. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.

This hotel is amazing! All of the staff we encountered were so helpful, kind, and very attentive. The hotel is beautiful and the zen suite is amazing. Highly recommend!

TLDR: Small imperfections but great place to stay! Details below. Pros: -The hotel is centrally located right next to Magnificent Mile and the train station. -Staff were friendly, room was inviting with a really comfortable bed and the shower pressure was very nice especially after a cold day outside. Cons: (mostly in the bathroom) -We found mold and slight water damage above the shower head. And there wasn't a door for the shower so water flooded everywhere. -The room ceiling had a cool industrial aesthetic but we were concerned with the crack that ran through the ceiling. - The room curtains were separated into three different panels so we felt the gaps between the curtains did not give us complete privacy.
